DRAUGHT PROOFING FOR REFURBISHMENT
Owners and tenants of industrial, commercial and public
buildings are reminded to thermally upgrade properties in line with the
ever-increasing standards for new buildings, in order to maximise energy
efficiency and thus avoid over-payments on Climate Change Levy.
The simple addition of BS quality draught-stripping on
all windows and external doors reduces heating costs, particularly on those
larger buildings, and often raises production, as staff are kept warm,
comfortable and draught-free. You are also helping to safeguard our future
by protecting the environment. Draught proofing should be applied as part of
any refurbishment programme.
Draught proofing should be applied by a specialist
draught proofing installer - see
